What information we collect?
When you register on veenk.org, you will be asked for basic account information:
- An e-mail address.
- An username and password. Required to identify the account holder.
- Actions you take on veenk.org such as "Likes", comments, preferences, etc.
Optionally, you can also enter additional information to your profile such as:
- A name.
- A biography.
- A profile image.
- Links to social media and other websites.
Username, name, biography, profile image and links are always displayed publicly.
Who has access to this information?
Currently there is only one administrator, Kyva Iborra Arrabal, who can be contacted directly at kyva@veenk.org for any questions you may have.
What do we use your information for?
To provide the main functionality of veenk.org. For the purpose of recognition, a públic profile will be created and linked to any contribution to the website.
The email address you provide may be used on an extraordinary basis for any notification of major relevance such as termination of service, changes to the privacy policy or account deletion for inactivity or terms of use violations.
Do we disclose any information to third parties?
We do not sell, trade nor transfer your personally information to outside parties.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the Spanish law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

In the cloud services of the above mentioned hosting provider, Clouding.io, which has its data centers in Barcelona, Spain.
How can I exercise my data protection rights?
You can send and email to to request access, rectification or deletion of all your personal data.
